01 General Provisions

Welcome to Roll & Brew. By visiting our premises, utilizing our game library, or purchasing our food and beverage items, you agree to abide by the following house rules. These guidelines ensure a cosy, playful, and respectful environment for all our guests.

We reserve the right to ask individuals who repeatedly violate these terms or disrupt the enjoyment of other patrons to leave the café. Our primary goal is maintaining a welcoming space for gamers of all experience levels.

02 Game Library Usage

Our extensive library is the heart of Roll & Brew. To keep the collection in excellent condition for everyone, we ask that you treat all components with care.

• Please keep food and sticky fingers away from game cards and cardboard tokens.
• Before returning a title to the shelf, verify that all dice, cards, and pieces have been securely placed back into the correct box.
• If you discover a missing or damaged piece, kindly inform a staff member rather than returning the box unnoted.

03 Food and Beverage Policy

As a fully equipped café, we offer a curated menu of snacks, meals, and beverages designed to be enjoyed while playing. To support our business operations and maintain hygiene standards, outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

We provide special coasters and side tables upon request to keep your beverages safely away from the gaming surfaces.

04 Reservations and Events

Table reservations and tickets for special gaming events are subject to availability. We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past the booking time before releasing them to walk-in guests.

Event cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or store credit. For private party bookings, separate contractual agreements and deposit requirements will apply.
